These terms cover purchases from qualityrcparts.com. The store is operated by Delta Brothers LLC, NY, USA.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell RC hobby parts and accessories. We do not sell DJI products.
Product descriptions and photos show what is actually included in the listing. If a photo shows items that are not included, the description says so.
Prices are in USD. We can change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Payment
We process payments through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Orders
Your order is not final until we accept it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if:
- The item is out of stock
- The price was posted in error
- We suspect fraud or payment issues
If we cancel, you get a full refund to your original payment method.
Some items are MAP-priced (minimum advertised price set by the manufacturer). We do not sell these below the MAP.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may disable accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (for example, a missed race or a damaged airframe caused by a part failure).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
