What we collect at checkout
When you place an order, WooCommerce collects:
- Your name
- Your billing and shipping address
- Your email address and phone number
- Order details (items, quantities, totals)
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us. We never see or store card numbers.
Transactional email
We use Brevo to send order emails — confirmations, shipping updates, and receipts. To send these, Brevo gets your email address, name, and order details.
Cookies
The store uses cookies strictly necessary to run: your cart, checkout, login session, and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with third parties except the ones needed to run the store (Stripe for payment, Brevo for email, the shipping carrier for delivery).
Deletion and access requests
To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
